About This Site

This site is a member-run community for IBEW Local 2326 members.

I built this because we deserve a place to talk openly — about our contracts, our rights, and what's really going on at work. No management watching, no union hall politics. Just members looking out for each other.

Here on the VT site, you can chat with your fellow local members, post on the discussion board, send private messages, and access resources about your contract and your rights. We also have IBEW Members United (ibewunited.com) where all three locals come together — your same login works there too.
